I can’t recommend The Antique Clock Co highly enough. From start to finish their service and professionalism was exemplary. They overhauled a fusee timepiece dial clock for me which is now working perfectly. Special thanks to Ben who gave great detailed advice on handover. Thank you.

Having been a little apprehensive about having a peice of family heritage refurbished, The Antique Clock company were just marvellous.
The care and attention to assessing and accepting the clock into its repair facility is unprecedented from the more commercial products.
I left the clock in their care with full confidence that they would do their best.
On collecting the clock the handover took about 30 mins if detail and advice on future care, which was so instructive and showed the pride they have in their work. The clock looked wonderful.
The clock has been running fabulously, keeping good time since returning home.

Have purchased a tavern clock. Wonderful piece and very lovingly installed by Simon. Nationwide service and 3 year guarantee which is a major plus. Great customer service and a real pleasure doing business with such nice professional people.

From the first engagement through to the clock delivery the team at the Antique Clock Co were fantastic. Ben took a great deal of care making sure we knew what we were buying, loads of pictures to help. Simon delivered and set the clock up and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

From a battered old grandmother clock to a grand old lady fully working and shiny - Pleased? - you bet. Can't thank these people enough for a lovely professional job. The whole process was explained to us so no surprises except for the finished result which was far better than we were expecting. There will be a long wait so be warned but this reflects there popularity and approach so no short cuts here. Well done guys.

Testimonials

What a thoroughly wonderful experience, I have never seen so many clocks in one place!

Thank you so much for restoring Grandad (the Longcase) to his former glory! He’s settled back in just fine – and he’s not keeping us awake!

Absolutely wonderful showroom, your collection is better than many museums!

I visited The Clock Work Shop in Abbotsbury, they really do have a stunning collection for sale and they’re wonderfully presented. I would thoroughly recommend them!

You normally only get to see one stand-out clock in most clock shops, but the variety and quality of the collection at The Clock Work Shop astounded me!

What a fascinating trip we had at your shop today, the team were welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, all my questions were answered thoroughly and with enthusiasm. They really knew their stuff!

I didn’t think I would ever stumble upon a clock shop of this quality outside of London. The beautiful setting along with the friendly and knowledgeable staff make this a real find!

I took our stubborn old longcase to The Clock Work Shop for repair. In recent years many clockmakers have tried and failed to fix it. The team were happy to explain the issues they found in laymans terms and it is now happily ticking away and has been restored to its former glory.

We welcome all visitors to our showroom and workshop, where we keep possibly the most extensive and diverse selection of Longcase / Grandfather, Mantel and Bracket clocks in the area.
